Everyone knows how important fitness is to every area of your life. More and more studies show the affect your overall fitness level has on every aspect of your life. The two biggest reasons most people give for not getting their fitness goals is knowledge and motivation. We begin our training inside the membership with motivation and basic knowledge of fitness. What you learned from a coach when in sports may not apply to get your fitness goal now. Many of the things coaches taught, were just for the particular sport or may be damaging to our body. Watch out for free training videos online, by someone who has probably always been in great shape. They may be using improper form and can do more harm than good!
